More about Nicole

How did you decide to become a Newborn Care Specialist?

I decided to become a NCS after years of being a nanny and being able to calm most babies, so I decided to put my baby whispering skills to good use!

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?

Day off, what’s that?!

If you could take a months-long trip anywhere in the world where would you go?

If I could go anywhere in the world for a month, it would be Turks & Caicos to stay in the resorts with your own hut over the ocean!

You have a whole weekend to binge watch TV or read, what’s on your list?

Netflix binge is The Crown. I’m obsessed with the royal family and have been since I watched Diana marry Charles on TV when I was 10 yrs old.

Tell us something that may surprise us about you.

An interesting fact is I’m a licensed massage therapist and worked in physical therapy clinic in Ohio. We specialized in a hands on fertility treatment. So I have come full circle now taking care of newborns and have worked with a lot of moms that dealt with fertility struggles and people who became parents through surrogacy.
